Portland Natural Gas Transmission System is not presently conducting transmission transactions with any affiliate (as defined by section 358.3 (a) that engages in marketing functions (as defined by section 358.3(c)(2) of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's regulations (18 C.F.R §358.3), therefore is not required to observe the Standards of Conduct at this time. The Standards of Conduct are codified at 18 C.F.R. Part 358 (2011).
